A Fun Hike with Beautiful Views

It was a beautiful day for a great hike. It definitely felt long so I was glad to have a hiking partner. The first 2 miles is steep and rocky but lots of fun too. We stopped where the two trails intersect to have a snack and some water. That is when we saw the first of many mountain lion pawprints. At one point in the hike we were certain we heard cat chirps too. It was good that we started the hike as early as we did because it got hot with only a slight breeze. This hike was so much fun – I would do it again or maybe another trail in the area.
