Today I did Baden-Powell without my usual partner. Woke up at 5am. Started the hike at 7am with a Meetup group. I loved the early start. I somehow got to the trailhead on time despite missing my exit. The trail was challenging though I do prefer the uphill all in the first half of the hike. It felt so good to summit. Missed my partner. The weather was perfect. Beat the heat with that early start. Saw a 1500 year old tree too. The trail was pretty active.
