All those Who Wander Aren’t Lost Except Me

Starts out mellow. Got to the saddle and was ultra disappointed. I thought that was the end. In my eagerness for more I tried climbing up the northern butte (where there isn’t a trail). When I got as far as I turned and went back to the saddle defeated. However, I met some other hikers who told me the trail actually goes down and wraps around the peak if I follow the cable railing which I somehow missed. Well wouldn’t you know it there was more to hike. The top gave some great views. On the way down I took a wrong turn again and ended up descending down the Sunset Vista trail. When I realized my error climbing back up was tough only to get to the long cable railing right by the saddle. But hey at least I got to see more of the mountain.
