First of all, none of the trail signs mileage match, but no biggie. We had a good day with the weather because it was cooler on the mountain. Bugs attacks us when we would stop and so it forced us to move forward. This trail is beautiful with a lot of tree and creeks. The creeks are easy to cross with flat stones and they are narrow.

    Great job! Looks like you had a beautiful day on San Jacinto. Bummer about the gnats (though they do keep you moving!).
