AZ Adventure Hike 4

Day 2 – AZ Adventure continues with Peaks 3 and 4! I started this day with a 1.5-hour drive from Sedona area to Granite Mountain trailhead. I started this hike right around 0720 with temps just over 40 degrees. Another 8.34 miles in just under 4 hours and 1,804 feet in elevation gain. Not a lot of hikers on the trail today. Great conditions. No snow and a bit warmer weather.

After summiting Granite Mountain, I headed over to Bear Mountain Trail. I arrived there right around 1314 (1:14pm). Temps were right around 80 degrees. Great trail conditions for this 5.22-mile hike with 2,265 feet in elevation gain. I completed this hike in just under 4 hours.
