Escaping the heat

Roughly 12 miles round trip journey to San Jacinto was an overall fantastic experience. We enjoyed breakfast at Wellman Divide where the views were beyond stunning.  They only got better as we hiked towards the summit.  The top was busy so after snapping few photos we took a break by the refuge hut. On the way back we encountered trail worker, had a great conversation and continued back to the tram. Luckily no wait this time. As always the temps at the bottom were 30 degrees higher.
