Super steep the whole way up, doesn’t really let up much. Trail is wide and the grass was green. Some shaded areas but mostly exposed, the last part was really steep. There was a group of hikers that took a different way down where they said it has ocean views all the way down, we opted out since we had a 3.5hr drive home and wasn’t sure how long it was down. 6.2mile, 2.2k gain, 3 hrs. We did not check out the hotsprings since we were limited on time, could smell it tho.
