Car-camped at the trailhead, sun was behind mountains for the majority of the ascent. Lot of switchbacks, easy grade, nary a soul until the descent. Fire tower closed due to COVID. Fire damage still apparent, beauteous in and of itself. Nice to see a different view of Humphrey’s, which I had bagged the day before!
