Made new friends!

We started at the trailhead at 8:30. We wanted to wait until it warmed up a little.
The only thing different I have to add from other postings is the frost and snow. Towards the top there are parts of the road that are snowy or frozen. We had to walk slowly. I was fine, but if other people hiked in tennis shoes they’d slide all over.

We had a really fun day and made new friends along the way that were very easy to hike with.
