Hike through the beautiful woods led to a beautiful view of surrounding peaks. After about 1.5 miles, you reach a creek, and then the mosquitos take over. Be prepared to get multiple bites despite any amount of deet on your body. The trick is to power through this section, and hopefully make it to the mosquito free summit. Definitely worth the 5.8 miles in.
