Vampire! Vampire! Vampire! Also known as mosquitoes, bring your weapon of choice and bath in mosquito repellent before hand 😉 We camped at Odell lake which is just a 10 minute drive from Maiden Peak and we would not recommend camping at Gold Lake camp ground because of the insane amount of mosquitoes ???? We started hiking at 9:00 am, reached the summit at
12:30 pm, ate our lunch at the top and soaked in the breathtaking views!
