Hiked on February 19, 2022. Logged in 7.63 miles, 3 hours & 39 minutes. This was part of our 3Peaks-in-3Days-Road Trip…being from San Diego 🙂
No hiking permit nor parking fee needed.
We started the hike around 1400. A nice cool stroll through a shaded line of oak trees and other kinds. Some were leaning towards the trail…quite a view in a unique & artistic way. Loved it (see the photo). Passed through a number of well-designed footbridges along the trail which I assumed are also being utilized for water crossing- it was dry though.
