Chilly start, but lovely, warm sunshine at summit. Loved having NO bugs compared to last year! Saw/passed only two other people the entire day: solo trail runner as we went up, a solo mountain biker coming down!

With 2020 being what it has been and some personal issues that almost made this hike impossible, I was sure I wouldn’t be able to complete the Challenge in time! Thankfully, the stars aligned, the weather cooperated and I am beyond happy to have completed this Challenge two years in a row now!
