My. Wilson

Started this hike around 7am and hiked chantry Flats route. Did a mile detour to see the waterfall and it was beautiful! The entire hike ended up being 14.4 miles according to AllTrails. The top of Mt.Wilson lookout area was closed off so I wasn’t able to stop and see good views but was still a great workout! The bugs were not too bad at all and only noticed them around 9:30 -10am. This trip took me 6 hours to complete and felt great after! Brought plenty of water and power bars because the cafe at the top was closed. The weather was perfect, got to about 57 degrees. I had a tank top, hiking pants and a sweatshirt and it was perfect.
