My second hike of the new year. I stepped of from the Trailhead at 1030 and summitted about two hours later. Great weather. Mid 50’s but very windy at the trailhead. Clear blue skies at the summit. Tons of hikes doing a New Years day hike today! Hiked out with some new friends and finished my two peak hiking day at about 1600.

I spent more time driving today then I did hiking. Between Mount Pinos and Sitton Peak I covered about 14 miles.
