      Hi Kimmy,

      We all belong to a bay area meetup hiking group called “US Hiking – Bay Area” on meet-up.com. We have a core group of about 12-15 people, and then the rest join from all over when we post the hike in the meet-up app. Mainly based out of Walnut Creek area and we are an advanced hiking group. You are more than welcome to join us. We did Mt St Helena almost 2 weeks ago. Some us did Diablo the first week of January, but are re-hiking it for the ones that missed the January summit. Then we are doing Umunhum on Feb 16th (but triple the recommended stats 16 miles, 3k elev gain), then we do Mt Tam on feb 23rd, Mt Sizer on 3/10, and finally the 21 miler Rose peak on 3/16. Let me know if any of those work for you and I’ll save you a spot, I’m one of the leaders 🙂
