Picacho Peak

Not a long distance but, wow the elevation gain of 2,100 ft can get the best of you.  Several sections have anchored cables to get up/down.  Gloves are recommended but, most people don’t wear them.  There is a 400 ft drop at the saddle that is not fun on the way back.  Overall a memorable hike with amazing views.  You can even see Kitt Peak far to the west from the top.
