The trail was in great condition. Although we started early in the morning, the temperature was already 70 degrees. The mosquitos were hungry and feasted off us even though we used bug spray and peppermint oil. We hiked to Indian Springs on the way up. It was a nice cool spot. We took lots of pictures and ooh’d and aww’d over the glorious rock formations.  At the Dome we, climbed all over the rocks and posed for pictures and had lunch. It was nearing 100 degrees when we headed back down the trail. All in all beautiful hike with the best trailsisters!
