After a hard hike last week (Cucamonga, multiple issues with the 3 of us) we were hopeful to knock out Strawberry at a pretty good clip. Weather was beautiful starting at 46 degrees. Lots of parking still at 0730 but it looked like it was filling quickly. Be sure to purchase a pass and put on your dash – rangers were there writing tickets. Beautiful views from the parking lot with clouds hovering in the canyons. We stopped for some photo fun and had a quick snack at the peak. Great way to complete the Southern California Challenge!
