Sunrise on Elden

Amazing morning for a sunrise hike! It was a bit windy as more monsoons are coming in today, but beautiful just the same. The trail was in great shape, I saw that some had said this straight up towards the summit, but it was just an uphill climb with rock steps to help you up, not too difficult for me. Coming down was a blast as the rocks are nice and grippy, so you can hop/jog as much as you like, but the dirt and loose stones can be hazardous if not careful.  Being the 3rd peak in 3 days, my legs wear a bit tired, (my ankle held up wonderfully) but I still managed to get to the summit in 1 3/4 hours! I am now 3 peaks down and 3 to go, can’t wait!!
