Great day on South Sister. I wasn’t sure what the snow situation was going to be like, but the trail is almost 100% clear—no traction devices required.
Started at 6am, and the mosquitoes were bad until we reached the plateau. Reached the summit at 10am. Air was a little smokey, but still awesome views.
Left the summit at 10:30, reached our cars at 1pm. Great hiking with Ben, Rebecca and David.
