Uch…..this darn thing is just too steep. You never get a chance to hike at a normal pace. Took way longer than anticipated, but oh well. Did the Eagle Peak route this time instead of Back Creek. It’s a buggar, but it’s MUCH prettier. Thursday hike, only passed about 6 people total on the trails, felt like I had the place to myself. THE WILDFLOWERS ARE INSANE RIGHT NOW!!
