My 11th time to the top of Timp…this time from Everest Ridge! So happy to finally get hooked in with a group that let me tag along on this technical route.

WOW! Great photos, John. Did you get a chance to glissade on your way back down? I saw the photo with the glissade tracks, but not sure if that was from your group.
Yes, those are our glissade tracks. Since it took us almost 8 hours to summit, we decided to go down a faster way 🙂
I did that on Mount Shasta and Mount Adams. It’s nice to save some time on the return! On Shasta, we glissaded nearly 2,000 vertical feet (not all at once). Sooo much faster. And fun!
