The trail felt like a stair stepper! Lots of steps gaining 2,300 ft elevation in 2.65 miles. Some parts of it were slick with the steep incline coming down the mountain. The Aspens were turning yellow up toward the summit. So pretty to see. My lungs were on fire but conquered this hike! Woohoo!
