Volcan Mountain

I picked up my rental car from the airport and drove straight to Julian CA. Cute restaurants and a general market in Santa Ysabel was perfect for a bite to eat and waters for the trail. The trail was fun. It was a weekday afternoon so plenty of parking on the road and very few people (I passed 6 people) on the trail. Hiked solo on a trail that had so many signs to watch for mountain lions that I seriously questioned completing the hike but I trudged on. It took me 1 hour 45 minutes to summit and 1 hour to return to my vehicle for a RT total of 2h 45m.
