Wildflowers blooming

After being greeted by some wild turkey at the trailhead, was the toughest hike yet. Was not super hot, but wish I brought more than 2.5L water and started than I did at 9:30. Enjoyed a beautiful oak grove a few miles from the top, despite batting flies all the way through it. Amazing views of Jacinto, Gorgornio and others, some still with a cap of snow.
