We Did It!

We enjoyed this warm and balmy day on an almost empty trail to the summit. We saw very few people hiking and a few bikers. It was wonderful to start this challenge as this hike is our first. The trails were well marked. I loved the lookout point, the bridges, Gwendolyn’s  home, the summit views and the sacred site. I smelled a peace pipe! Three times! Channeling some possible memories? Perhaps. This is a magical place. I’d do this hike again for sure.
