Bonus hike in the Six-Pack of Peaks Challenge — up Mount Woodson (Woodson Mountain?). We hiked with both Lucy and Farley, and were joined by Derek (@100Peaks) and fellow challenger Chris Griffith. We passed by Potato Chip Rock, and continued to the true summit. Chris even made the optional scramble to the top of the boulder that has the high point and the survey marks.
It was nice on the way up, but got a little toasty on the way back down. Thankfully we cooled off with lunch at Burger Bench in Escondido afterwards.
