Halfway there!

    This program is great! I've been feeling stronger each week and can't wait to finish out the second half of the program!

    Started Week 7 strong with a six mile hike and I'm not even feeling that sore!

    How's it going for everyone else?

    I've also noticed feeling stronger. I zipped right up our local training hike Monserate Mountain with my backcountry pack somewhat loaded and felt it was the easiest it's been. Although this last week due to work my exercise was cut in half. Hope to be back on track this week.
