Here's my plan for Week 2 of the challenge:
Sunday – easy hike
Monday – rest day
Tuesday – 30 minutes cycling on the Peloton + 12WtHFWO
Wednesday – 30 minutes cycling on the Peloton
Thursday – 12WtHFWO
Friday – 30 minutes cycling on the Peloton + hike
Saturday – hike + 12WtHFWOIncidentally, I was SORE from the 12WtHFWO, even doing one set of 10 reps. Full disclosure, I haven't been very diligent about strength training (I much prefer cardio) and it showed. This week I'm upping the number of strength workouts from 2 to 3.
