For 12 weeks beginning the first week of January, you'll be working out 2-3 times per week following this workout plan. The plan divided into four, 3-week sections. All of the exercises can be done without special equipment, and many can be modified to suit your ability.
Along with the workouts, you'll also be hiking (of course), with at least one training hike each week. The length and duration of the hikes is described in each section of the plan.
