Is Santiago Peak open?
Has anyone done Santiago Peak recently? Which way did you go? I’m having a difficult time finding out if you can get to the trailhead. I’ve read conflicting reports and called the ranger’s office, but only got an automated message on a loop. I’m going to try calling again tomorrow, just wanted to see if anyone has some good information. I was hoping to head up Bedford Motor Way on the Corona side.

Santiago Peak is open from the Maple Springs Trailhead. You can see the hike logs — when you open one you’ll see which trailhead they started from. https://socialhiker.net/six-pack-peaks-challenge/southern-california/2020-hike-logs/santiago-peak/
