  Pacific Northwest Six-Pack of Peaks

  I’m working on a scouting trip this summer to check out hikes for the Pacific Northwest Six-Pack of Peaks Challenge. My goal is to hike them all over 10-12 days, car camping in-between. The wildcard is Mt St Helens, which we may have to skip (no permits) and/or replace with another hike with less red tape.

  I haven’t done much exploring up in Washington yet, so this should be a lot of fun. If any of you know the area and can make recommendations on camping, eating out (I’m a sucker for a good craft brewery) or other sights to see while we’re up there, please let me know.
