Arrived before 6am and parking was already nearly full. Had great fun hiking with a Mt. Baldy resident who knows the area like the back of his hand. We took Icehouse Canyon Trail up, but he showed us the Chapman Trail on the way down – a little longer, but worth the extra views. Hung out at the peak for 1.5 hours, just enjoying the weather, the views, the peace. Weather was beautiful.
