Today is Sunday. Our group are 6 people. 3 men and 3 women. We started at the trail head slightly before 6am when Sun just about to pick the day up. Before getting to 4 Corner it was pretty easy and enjoyable with many wildflowers and other interesting things to explore.
after that until the last 0.36 mile to the peak it’s still good, then the tough part starts. I have to frequently stop for a break, kept drinking. Once got to the top, the view is rewarding.
The real challenge is the return part. The temperature is high then, plus my feet hurt and also feels dizzy. That slow down a lot. My buddies have to frequently stop to waiting for me.
Eventually we were about 1.3 hours late to get back.
but it’s wonderful hike and a good challenge to me!
