Friday morning I was at the Manker Flat trailhead at 6:30 am. Hiked up past the Ski Hut, across Baldy Bowl, then up the ridge to the summit in under three hours. Clear and beautiful at the top. Back down the same way.
The same evening I attended the fourth concert of the 2018 Corona del Mar Baroque Music Festival. Wonderful chamber music at Sherman Library and Gardens. Baldy and Baroque. Life is good.
