Flatiron is THE hardest hike in Phoenix. 1 mile steady uphill over fist sized rocks then 2 mile rock scramble (gloves helpful to scale large boulders) to get to the TIPPY TOP of this beastly mountain. Then do it all back to the bottom! IT WAS INTENSE, long and WORTH IT!!
