We left a little later than we normally do, so it was a bit warmer but the trails are pretty shaded for the most part. Was an easy gradual incline up and great views from the top. We met a ranger at the top doing some maintenance and he told us a bunch of cool info about the place and surrounding areas. Took us about 3 hours round trip, so not too bad.
