It was beautiful clear blue sky. The temperature was nice in the morning but a little too hot in the afternoon when summit the peak. There were some columbine in bloom about a mile into the hike. Yesterday, we hike from icehouse parking lot to cucamonga peak to Etiwanda to bighorn to Ontario. From bighorn peak to Ontario peak, there were some trees blocking the trail.
