Nice hike where you can definitely see the change in climate zones. You hike through areas of full foliage and end up on top of the exposed ridge. Pretty views and worth the hike.

After moving to the east coast, I miss those obvious changes in climate zones that California offers, its so cool to see the foliage change on your way up! What is your favorite ecosystem to hike in? I find myself drawn to the rainforests of Oregon. Did you know Alaska has rainforests too? Blew my mind!
