First time on this trail. A new favorite. Stunning views and changing landscape all the way up. Extra colorful and fragrant after heavy rains yesterday. Enjoyed the trickling sounds of waterfalls and crossing the stream multiple times. Saw big horn sheep, apparently making a comeback now, three years after the fires. Best part was when my friend agreed to take a young couple’s photo, only to watch it turn into a marriage proposal!
