Today I hiked with two other experienced hikers. The day was a sunny 72 and beautiful! The trail is always maintained and well marked. There is one other feeder trail, but its not a hike you will get lost on- especially since it’s super popular. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. There are places where you have to wait for people to climb up or down, so patience is recommended. The only not so good thing that happened on this trip was the annoying school ROTC leader at the top- the cadets were quiet for the most part but the youth leader was very loud and breaking all the hiker Peak codes. Ovce they left it was a nice picnic at the top for us.
Good workout and lots of fun climbing up to the peak!
