It was a perfectly beautiful day this Fall season at the peak with clear blue skies, no wind and mild temps to climb one of my favorite peaks, Mount Baden Powell. It was so clear, we could see all the way to Mt. Whitney! We started at 7am as sun was rising and throughout our descent we only encountered a handful of hikers-so much peace and quiet on trail. Afterwards, we got to see some spectacular Fall colors in Wrightwood to end such an amazing day!
