The scenery of this hike is beautiful! Views of the valley, Sierra and local mountain ranges, and the creeks were flowing well after the rain.  There were a lot of big cat paw prints (bobcats, mountain lions) noticeable on the trails. This hike has the “steepest incline in the Bay Area” and it feels like you’re hiking straight up for about 2 miles. Definitely a tough hike!
