There still was some snow at the top when I hiked this, last month. Wilson is not very high compared to the other ones in the six pack, but early in the season this hike is challenging because of the elevation gain. The fog made for great hiking conditions, but less views, of course. Glad to have it over with and looking forward to the prettier hikes soon!
