This is a nice easy hike. I just make it look hard.

I took off before dawn to beat the heat. I wasn't really feeling it, but I ground my way up to the Saddle, getting passed by everyone and their brother. Once at the Saddle I got a little more motivated and set out towards the peak. The mosquitoes gave me incentive to keep moving. Hit the peak, took a couple of pix, ate a snack and headed back down. I'm not a fan of the downhill on Icehouse Canyon trail, I'm still bitter about all the toenails I lost there when I started hiking. But the alternative is the 3 Ts or Chapman trail, and I wasn't in the mood for one of those.

Anyway done is done. I'll come back when it's cooler.
