This is a beautiful trail. It was very challenging, I'm not entirely sure if it was because it was hot or I was trying to keep up with a hiking partner in her 20's but I was winded from Eagle Peak to North Peak Trail on Prospector’s Gap. I just couldn't catch my breath. Ended up having to go a lot slower than I normally do. Either way made it to the top and summited! Garmin tracked 14.7 mi. 4021ft of elevation gain. On to the next!
