It was a beautiful day out, a little chilly at the beginning but we started in the morning around 9AM and ended up finishing round-trip around 1:30PM. We started at Kings Canyon and hiked the loop back to the trailhead. The sun was out the entire time, low winds. There isn't a lot of shade on this hike. The trail wasn't too crowded, we saw a few other hikers and groups but for the most part very serene. The trail is well-marked and easy to follow. The hike itself isn't too difficult, however there are a few spots with switchbacks. Once we got to the peak, it was so sweet! We could see all over and in such a beautiful area of Tucson as well.
