Started on the trail at 6:30am at Vivian Creek. Steady incline all the way up. We couldn’t have picked a better day, the weather was perfect. Breathtaking views throughout the hike and at the peak you are looking down at Big Bear Lake on one side and Palm Springs on the other. It’s incredible! Just last week we were on San Jacinto waving at San G and this week we waved back to San J.
These two peaks were by far my favorite. Watched the beautiful sunset on our way down. Used headlamp the last 3 hours. Finished the hike at 8 PM.
