I'm very active and am happiest when I'm outdoors or traveling. I strive to exercise daily – whether that be a hike, practicing yoga, twirling in aerial silks or paddleboarding. I'm passionate about overall wellbeing and helping others reach their health goals and find hiking too be the best way to reset my mindset and remind myself of the beauty this life and world has to offer!
